GROUP HEADSHOT SESSION

If you’re reading this page, it must be time to update your organization’s headshots. It can be a daunting task to pick the right photographer, coordinate everyone and pull off the big day in a way that makes everyone happy. Well, you’ve come to the right place, I do this all the time and I’ll make it as easy as possible for you, with an end result you won’t get anywhere else!

JUST A FEW OF THE GREAT ORGANIZATIONS I’VE WORKED WITH…

WHAT TO LOOK FOR

Choosing the right photographer can be a challenge. For the most part, all of the good photographers charge around the same in the end so I’d set the price to the side for the moment. Let’s face it, spending less doesn’t really matter if no one likes their headshot and the images don’t improve the look of your brand, website, LinkedIn profiles, etc.

Of course, the quality of the photographer’s portfolio should look amazing, consistent, modern, but what else? The next biggest thing to look for is the expressions. Do the smiles look fake, stuffy, awkward? That’s where the secret sauce is, finding a photographer who can turn 10 minutes into gold where the person looks genuine and engaging in their headshot.

Nine times out of ten, when I ask a client about their last “corporate” headshot experience, the answer includes words like stuffy, awkward, average, etc. It doesn’t have to be that way, set your expectations higher and work with a pro who knows how to get it done.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

For groups of 5 or more, I bring the studio to you, for smaller groups, you can send them to my location. When I come to you, I bring my entire studio system to you with the latest in high-end technology. It takes about 20-30 minutes to set up and then we rock and roll through your team. Typically, I allocate 10 minutes per person to quickly work through coaching and get a great headshot with genuine expression.

To make the process easy, before each person leaves I help them select the best image. All of the selected images are then retouched to create an amazing finished product. Retouched images are then provided to you via a direct link and each image includes multiple crops and formats for various applications. If you prefer, rather than make selections on the spot, I can send a gallery of the best images for you to review and make your selections.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

  • For an on-location headshot session, I charge $1200 to bring my studio to you, and then $50 per person which includes one retouched image for each person.

  • For a smaller group at my studio space, I charge $250 for the first person (includes one-retouched image) and $100 per person/image thereafter.
